This dealership is amazing. I found the truck online and I live 5 hours away. I first talked to Shanni and she helped get to who I needed to be talking to right away. My sales person was Victor and he took a video and sent it to me so that I could see the vehicle better then just pictures. The truck was everything I thought it would be. I then dealt with Osar in financing and i had my truck paperwork done from my phone in about 10 minutes, to include a warranty. This truck was $3000 cheaper then the exact same one with more miles that I found in foley. After I talked to Oscar the lady named Dixie called me for delivery of the vehicle. She said i would be called by the driver shortly to set up time for drop off. Wanda called me and stated that no time was to early and she would be able to deliver it whenever I needed. She drove me the truck at 3am and arrived at 8:00am 30 minutes before agreed time. I would for sure use this dealer again in the future. It is super easy.

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a brand-new vehicle here less than a year ago, trusted them with every bit of service, and they’ve destroyed my confidence in both the dealership and the brand. During a basic oil change, their service department forgot to put the oil cap back on. I unknowingly drove an hour home with oil spilling under the hood of a new car. When I checked, there was still oil residue left everywhere even after they “cleaned it up.” The cabin doesn’t reek, but there’s a constant reminder under the hood of how careless this mistake was. This wasn’t just sloppy — it was dangerous. A brand-new car, serviced only here, and they couldn’t handle the most basic task correctly. And this wasn’t the first time I lost trust. When I purchased the vehicle, the finance team misled me into believing I was the primary owner on the loan, only for me to find out later that they had switched the paperwork and made me the cosigner. I asked about it at signing and was reassured, only to be blindsided when the paperwork arrived in the mail. That kind of deception isn’t a misunderstanding — it’s a tactic. Very dissatisfied with our service. Made an appointment so we wouldn’t be treated like a walk-in. Regardless we still waited three hours for our vehicle. When I asked the service advisor why it took three hours. It was because we didn’t stay inside to wait for the car. If we would have stayed they would have done it quicker. To me that makes no sense. Why do I need to be worked in like a walk in when I did the appointment so it can be done in a reasonable time. All we had done was oil change, tire rotation and check fluids. Price for the service was reasonable since it is a dealership service department so the charge is going to be higher than the typical shops.

I purchased my 2025 Sierra Elevation from this location a few days ago, and I love it. From start to finish they went above and beyond to get me the best deal. My salesman was Chris Rodgers he was so friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable about everything, he worked hard for my husband and I. This was a great buying experience. Exceptional Service Experience at Bentley GMC I didn’t purchase my 2022 GMC AT4 from Bentley GMC, but I brought it in for service because of its convenient location—and I’m glad I did. From start to finish, the service department exceeded my expectations. Kevin Creasy, my service advisor, went above and beyond in tracking down a persistent issue with the check engine light. Even though it took multiple visits, the team worked diligently and professionally until they found and resolved the root cause. Kevin kept me informed every step of the way, and I truly appreciated his thoroughness and commitment. Everyone in the service department was courteous, communicative, and clearly focused on delivering top-notch customer service. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated and easy to work with.
